RETURN POLICY
We offer a hassle free 3-Days Easy Returns from the delivery date at a nominal charge of ₹250/- as long as the product is not used, and is in original condition along with the brand packaging.
Why the Return Charges?
We believe every customer should receive brand new products and this small return charge help us achieve that by minimising abuse of the easy return policy. There is also forward and reverse shipping charges associated with every return. We believe this way we can serve our customers with better product quality while also giving them a peace of mind with easy returns.
SHIPPING POLICY
Most orders are shipped by the next day or even same-day for early morning orders, and the tracking details are shared after dispatch. Most orders are delivered within 2 to 4 days, but the exact timeline depends on your location.
Some orders like COD may require addition confirmation from buyers before dispatch.
PRODUCT WARRANTY
All our Watches come with 1 Year Warranty for manufacturing defects. All our watches use high quality material to increase their durability and go through strict quality control before they reach you. However, should you face any issue with them, we provide 1 Year warranty from the date of purchase with easy door-step Replacements, covering a maximum of one replacement watch.
We take extra care to ensure our Customers are happy with their purchase and are committed to resolve problems. We've a proven record of doing just that.
Not included in the warranty:

Physical damage related to daily-wear.

Corrosion, colour fading or any water damage.
